Next session

Before Thursday

      The whole course

Six sessions, and what each one leaves you with.

Every session works the same way. Watch the video first. Come to the session. Afterward you get Liz's notes on what the room said, plus a question to answer before the next one.

      What you walk out with

A case for the thing you want, built by the thing you want.

Twenty-five of the twenty-seven people who took our survey already have Copilot. Your company already paid for it. So you do not need to go get a tool. Use the one you have on one task you hate. Keep the receipts.

The receipts are your business case. Each session gives you one field. In December you hold a document that asks for an investment. The tool you are asking for wrote every line of it. You do not have to convince anyone the tools work. You hand them the document.

Use the tools you already have to build the case for the ones you do not.
      Dr. Elizabeth Cook

One rule makes it work, and it is the part people skip. Build each field using the tool. Do not write it by hand.

      Picked on September 10

      Choose your playbook track.

Your track is the problem you work on all six times. Pick Retention and every field is about what a retiring lineman knows. That is how six sessions add up to one document instead of six separate answers. It also puts you with the people who have your problem.

Pick a track above, then tell us who you are.

Tracks were chosen on September 10. Your playbook opened Monday, September 21. Not picked yet, or want to switch? Choose above.

      Start here

If you want the ground under all of this.

Read what these tools are, how they work, and where they fail. Nothing to install. Read it in one sitting or a piece at a time. It is worth an hour whenever you have one.

      Read the primer

      Missed a session?

We do not record these sessions. There is no video to watch. Read the slides and Liz's write-up of what the room said. Do that session's field. Come to the next one. You are not behind.

      Resources

The tools, and what they cost.

Every tool we mention in a session or a video, with its price. Start with a free one. You do not need to spend money to get value from this course. Nothing here is Bryan’s and nothing here pays him. It is what he uses and likes.

We checked these prices on . Prices change. Check again before you buy. Ask your IT department before you install anything on a work computer.

      The room

Fifty-one people with the same challenges as you.

      Office hours with Liz

Open time between sessions. She will put you in touch with somebody who has solved your problem. Or she will teach you the part you are missing.

      Book a time

      The roster

Fifty-one people at twenty-one companies. Write to each other directly. Ask Liz for the list and she will send it to you.

      Questions for Bryan

Bryan answers email between sessions. Send him a question. Or tell him what you want walked through. Or ask him to run a demo.
