  • One executive-level leader and one designated delegate can attend per organization. each playing a critical role in both strategic alignment and practical execution.

  • This course consists of six modules focused on strategic framing and leadership alignment. Each module lasts for 90 minutes.

    EL1 - Thursday - August 28th 2:30-4pm
    EL2 - Friday - September 12th 2:30-4pm
    EL3 - Friday - September 26th 2:30-4pm
    EL4 - Friday - October 10th 2:30-4pm
    EL5 - Thursday - October 23rd 2:30-4pm
    EL6 - Friday - October 3st 2:30-4pm

    Each designated delegate will have access to additional modules at the completion of the initial six modules.

    Registration covers two participants: one senior leader and one designated delegate, each playing a critical role in both strategic alignment and practical execution.
