Optimization and Technology Solutions Working Group

The Optimization and Technology Solutions (OTS) Working Group collaborates, shares, and benchmarks cost-saving initiatives being explored by member companies. The goal is to reduce costs across operations, maintenance, and capital while maintaining safety, reliability, and meeting customer expectations.

The OTS Working Group hosts quarterly webinars in February, May, August, and November, providing a consistent forum for peer exchange and insight. We are actively seeking utility engagement and volunteers to help drive these discussions and contribute to the group’s ongoing work.

Work Management System Working Group

Under the OTS umbrella, the Work Management System Working Group is a dedicated effort focused specifically on the systems, processes, and strategies that support effective work management across utilities.

Separate from the broader OTS Working Group activities, this group provides a more targeted forum to explore challenges, share leading practices, and benchmark approaches related to work management systems.
